We have reserved room blocks at the following hotels. The hotels are in the town of Fishkill, next to Beacon (10-15 minutes from the Roundhouse), and located within walking distance of each other.
There will be a shuttle to bring guests from each hotel to the Roundhouse likely beginning at 4:30 pm on Saturday and back to each hotel after the reception and after party. (More details will be provided soon)
There are also several other convenient lodging options available including B&Bs, Airbnbs, a Hampton Inn, Springhill Suites, and Residence Inn.
***Accommodations***
The Roundhouse
This hotel is onsite and is the preferred hotel option for guests. Continental breakfast is included in your stay. Juice & yogurt are stocked in the mini-fridge of your room each day of your stay. Around 8am, staff will hang a bag of freshly baked bagels and muffins on your door handle each morning.
No room blocks/discounted rates are available at this time but please keep checking back if/when that changes! Note: There is a two-night minimum required.
Hyatt House Fishkill/Poughkeepsie
Block of rooms/discounted rate available. No booking minimum is required. They also provide a complimentary breakfast each morning of your stay!

House Or Rental
There are plenty of other accommodation options on the same street! If you prefer to stay at the Hampton Inn, Springhill Suites, Residence Inn etc., and require the shuttle to get to the Roundhouse, please meet in front of either the Courtyard Marriott or Hyatt House beginning at 4:30pm.
***Travel***
Metro-North Railroad
If driving isn't an option, the Metro-North train from Grand Central stops right in Beacon (~90 minutes) and has a train running every hour on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The Beacon train station is about a 10-minute drive from all Fishkill hotels and a 5-minute drive from the Roundhouse. Uber/Lyft is available in the area.
